Rue listed in Who's Who In American Education

MONTICELLO - Thomas S. Rue, a contributing editor to The River Reporter, has been nominated to appear in the fourth edition of Who's Who In American Education, to be published in 1993 by Marquis Publishers in Wilmette, Illinois.
A nationally certified counselor specializing in families and youth, Rue lives in Monticello with his wife, Carmen, and their three children.
According to Marquis editorial board president Sandra S. Barnes, selection is based on "noteworthy achievements that have proved to be of lasting value to society." Those chosen must be active beyond their professional employment, writing, speaking or teaching about relevant topics, and by leading professional societies, trade or civic groups.
Rue is also listed in the 1993 edition of Who's Who In The East, also published by Marquis; the 1992 edition of Who's Who Among Human Service Professionals; and the 1983 edition of Who's Who In Genealogy, published by Gale Research Company of Detroit.
