SKINNERS FALLS - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has posted "no trespassing" signs on both sides of the Milanville Bridge, and added snow-fences to the existing barricade.
The signs appeared two weeks ago after a report appeared in The River Reporter that pedestrians had been crossing the bridge. The decking has been entirely removed on the New York side of the span, but people were observed balancing across the beams, hanging onto the guardrail.
