Monticello Masons install ‘02-‘03 officers

MONTICELLO – The public installation of officers of Monticello Lodge #532 was held on Monday, June 10th, at the lodge rooms on the 3rd floor of 5 Bank St., Monticello.

Thomas Rue of Monticello was installed as Master of the Lodge for his second consecutive year in that office. Ernest Marchino of Forestburgh was installed as Senior Warden, and James Wall of Cochecton as Junior Warden. John P. Wells of Milford will continue as Secretary, and Charles Paty of Mongaup Valley will stay on as Treasurer.

Other lodge officers for 2002-2003 include Robert Halprin of Loch Sheldrake, Senior Deacon; Victor Marinello of Monticello, Junior Deacon; David Silverman of Mongaup Valley as Chaplain; Jens Meyer and Joseph Lubnewski, both of Bethel, as Senior and Junior Masters of Ceremonies. Trustees for the Lodge include Lawrence Lagarenne of Monticello (elected recently to fill a three-year term), Ralph Breakey of Swinging Bridge, and James McDowall of Harris.
