Village trustee Gordon Jenkins and his lovely lady Rochelle Massey of Monticello were enjoying a peaceful dinner with Tom and Carmen Rue at the Liberty Diner on April 20, 2007 when, at a neighboring table, the roaring mouth of Bill Liblick was heard. Soon, the always demure Ms. Massey found herself seated on the mouth's lap. The SC Democrat columnist and WVOS political shock jock talk show host couldn't seem keep his hands off the genteel first lady, as good-humored Gordon and the sweet and well-mannered Carmen looked on shocked (shocked!), while yours truly snapped quickly snapped hi-res pictures and mildly prurient video images of the public occasion, so future generations may enjoy this bit of early 21st century Sullivan County culture.
