Before the Court of Common Appeals, Fairfield County, Ohio, was brought the case of Joshua Miller vs. Nelson A. Miller, et al., resulting in a decree by the Court that there had been an untintentional error in the drawing up of the deed to a certain tract of land. The deed should have read: ...at the South East corner of the North half of" Section 34 of Township 17, Range 117, Fairfield County, Ohio. The Court ordered that the deed be corrected.
