    CALLICOON - Rosary "Roe" Bedford was unanimously elected president of the Delaware Community Center (DCC) by board members at a March meeting.
    Other newly elected officials are: vice-president Clarence Kratz, owner of Hortonville's Kountry Korner general store; secretary Bobbi Panna of Hortonville; and treasurer Kristine Kratz of Hortonville. The rest of the board includes: Jon Bedford, Carla Hauser, Jean Heuschen, and Tom and Jeanna Kaufman, all of Callicoon.
    DCC is a nonprofit organization with many of its activities funded by the NYS Division for Youth, through the Sullivan County Youth Bureau. All youth, regardless of place of residence, may attend its functions free of charge.
