The petition of Barnett Woldin respectfully showeth that your petitioner was born at Tompske, Russia and arrived in the United States on the 25th day of September A.D. 1891 at the Port of New York in the County of New York in the State of New York a minor, that he is now 29 years old, and his occupation is that of a Storekeeper and that he resides at No. __ in the Town of Somerville in the County of Somerset, in the State of New Jersey...

Charles Spector, of full age, being duly sworn according to law, on his oath doth depose and say that he is a citizen of the United States, and resides at 200 E. 107th St. in the city of New York in the County of New York, and State of New York; his occupation is that of a Manufacturing Cigars; he is personally well acquainted withthe above-named petitioner Barnett Woldin and that the said petitioner has resided for five years within the United States, and one year at least immediately preceding the presentation of his petition in the state of New Jersey, and that during the time the said petitioner has behaved himself as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same; and that it has been, to the best of his belief, his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States two years next preceding the presentation of his said petition.

Whereupon, it appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court that the said Barnett Woldin has filed with this Court the above named and described Petition and Affidavit of a Citizen of the United States, fourteen days before this date, also a Certificate of his notice of application, and complied with all the requirements and directions of "An Act concerning naturalization and regulating the procedure in cases of naturalization in Courts of this State, and establishing uniform fees of Clerks and Judges in naturalization cases," Chapter 346, Laws of 1895, and he also having made the proofs and taken the oaths required by law, and that it is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and renounce and abjure all allegience and fidelity to Czar of Russia of whom he was a subject; It is, therefore, ordered that the said Barnett Woldin be, and hereby is, admitted a citizen of the United States.
