OBITUARY
DIED -- On Tuesday last, Capt. BENJAMIN RUE, in the 73d year of his age. He served as a Captain in the revolutionary war; and fought bravely in defending the liberties of his country. There has fallen another heroe who acted a conspicuous part in that arduous struggle which terminated in American independence. On Tuesday last his remain were interred with military honors.
